Did not ship order after i sent their payment ripoff

On 3/22/07 i sent my order and paid 48.95 via paypal to poppers2u, iwas told they would arrive in 5-7 days. After approx. 4 weeks i contacted them and was told they have completed the order and i would r4eceive it in 5-7 days.

Next i filed a complaint with paypal (another ripoff story) I won the case but received no money. Paypal stated they did not have enough money in their acct. (but all their payments went through pp though) i notice now they no longer are with paypal, but stayt away from them, they will rip you off.
