Poor Customer Service - SUCKS

Target.com is outsourcing customer service to the Caribbean and to the Philippines. I ordered a GPS unit listed in their Black Friday ad at $159.00. I applied a $30.00 off coupon and with tax the order was $143.86. The item never came. I called on 12/3 and was told that the item was backordered and would ship 12/8-14. I called back today and was told that the order was cancelled on 12/3, the day I called them. They claim to have sent me an email. Funny, I have the email regarding my customer service contact, but not their cancellation notice. I have been on the phone for 5 hours today trying to get them to sell me the GPS at the original ordered price. I've gotten put on hold numerous times. I've been disconnected 4 times. I actually called their corporate headquarters and got someone there who said that he could not help me and when I became a little irate he kept raising his voice to outdo me. What a sham. Target, if you don't give me my GPS, you will have lost a great customer. You will not only lose me, but my children and grandchildren. I am totally disgusted.
