Unfair Membership Policy

From 2008 to 2010 I decided to join eBay to sell some items. At first all was fair and I did earn some income. However as I post each item for sale the fee for eBay Listing fee continue to increase. After much consideration I decided to leave in March. They responded by telling me I must pay outstanding listing fee. I responded since the last item I had posted with them did not sell I should not be charged for listing fee. They said the listing fee is nonrefundable. I disagree. I want them to waive the fee and close the account. They refused to comply with my request.instead they started charging penalty fees for lack of payment and suspended my membership and account. I responded expressing my bitterness to their lack of cooperation. I want them to drop the charges and resolve this matter to my satisfaction. This company is trying to legally rob me. This is not acceptable nor tolerable.
