Your employee, who went by Ruchira on your live chat, bashed me over the internet about not being able to understand English, under the facade of 'trying to help'. The main point though, is that I received no help from her, after being on chat waiting about 30 minutes. She was blatantly rude, unprofessional and intentionally no help at all. I would post the conversation as well, but she exited out before I could even make her understand my point. Unless this situation is resolved or even addressed, I am probably going to switch service providers.
