Why must children wait 4 days to receive money from the other parent. For example, June 27 the money was process on July 1st the money was posted now the child must wait until its posted on to the debit card. Which take another 3 to 4 days it's not fair the system or NYC have don't want to work workers. This is not welfare Kids need their money on time.
