I ordered gold for a game and they told me 15 minutes. "Angelbaby" is the live chat name. Than they requested a photo of my id. Than they said their gamer is not around. I asked for a refund and they said 11 hours it has now been 24 hours. And everytime I try the live chat they say the same thing like they can't understand me. I filed a complaint with pay pal so hopefully it will soon be resolved.
