Over a period spanning longer than 15 years, not only was another 2 years added to my service plan without my knowledge but as a"vip" i was promised updates that would ensure i was on the most cost effective plan, it never happened, it infact was worsened by unknowledgable employees who said changing plans was smart only to go way over the plan minutes and get another shocking bill but remember, every change also added those hidden 2 more years! I have other horror stories about specific stores as well.
