Terribly Mean, Rude Disrespectful Manage

I have had 3 incidences with this manager it started about a week ago when a friend of mine came in from Louisiana wanting Hungry Howies. So i called to order and asked what the specials were and he was so rude the whole time i talked to him he told me to look it up myself so i hung up with him and looked up the specials. I called back i decided on the 2 extra lrg pies with 2 toppings and he told me i couldnt have extra lrg so i had to settle for large and i told him i wanted extra cheese and he said that i couldnt have it because its not a topping.

He was so mean and rude i couldnt believe it i asked him if there was another store that delivered to me and he hung up on me! I called him back and asked for the manager he said he was the manager and hung up on me again! I wound up having to call a Hungry Howies that didnt deliver to me 30mins away just so i could order what i wanted and speak to a decent person!

So today i decide to try calling them again thinking maybe he was having a bad day and the same guy answered the phone rude as ever i ordered a steak and cheese sub with extra mushroom. Well 2 hours later my sub finally came with no steak on half of it. So i called and told him there was no steak on half and he called me a liar and said if he sends another sub out it was gonna look like the one i had and that i wouldnt be happy with that one either because he was gonna make sure and make it exactly the same. So we told him to come look at it himself that there is no steak on it. He said he would be here with a new one i waited patiently for 3 hours and no sub. So i called back again and a woman answered and i told her the story and she said she had no order there for me at all after putting me on hold for 20 mins. She finally got on the phone saying she would send one out! It finally got delivered a hour and a half later and then the delivery boy stormed out of my driveway almost running over my mail box because i didnt feel i should give a tip! All i ma asking is for something to be done with this man. I spend lots of money at Hungry Howies and don't deserve this terrible treatment!
