Hungry Howies
Didn't want to take my order because I was an out of towne

My son called me, he lives in Bradenton, Fl. I live in Fort Wayne Indiana, he had been living on $1.00 cheeseburgers all week and was broke and was starving. So I decided to order him a pizza from Hungry Howies. I first tried to call and order they wouldn't take my credit card over the phone, the manager said do it online. So I tried to find their store and they are not where you would think they would be at. So I found the website after 1/2 hour and proceeded to place the order, the website would not let me go past my login so I called back and the Manager did not know anything about their website, she couldn't even tell me how to get there. So I asked her again since I was having so much difficulty if she would take my credit card info over the phone, she said no. So 1hour has past now!!! So I looked up Pizza Hut, placed the order online and called the store and they took my credit card info. My son finely got to eat. Customers are not always wrong or right but you must take into consideration with the high technical ways we are able to buy things doesn't always work and must be dealt with as individuals, bringing back a little courtesy goes along way.
