Damaged My Rugs

Horrible Company! They ruined my $800 rug by ripping the wool and puncturing holes in it. I gave them 3 chances to fix it. When I received the rug back each time I had to clean it and they never repaired it. I'm actually not sure what they supposedly repaired on it. It looked worse each time I got it back. I wasted two Saturdays waiting for the delivery guy. Both times he was 15 minutes late. And each time he tried to tell me that the damage was how the rug was or that it (puncture and thread missing on the sides) was normal on the rugs.

The Manager was suppose to contact me after the first attempt to repair the rug, he never did. I waited 4 days, on the 5th day I called him. He had no idea what was going on with my rug. The second attempt was the same as the first. Except I had to write corporate to get a response from Rick. I finally lost my patience when on the 3rd attempt to reconcile the situation Rick was suppose to meet me at my house and pick up the rug. This was suppose to happen before I left for work. Obviously I didnt have any more time to waste. He called that morning 10 minutes before he was suppose to be there to let me know that he was going to be 15 minutes late. Wow, I wonder why his employees feel they can be late to their clients appointments.
