Black Friday Bust - Kenmore Front Loading Washe

I had an ad for the Black Friday sale for a Kenmore washer/dryer set for $599.98. I went over this ad very carefully and saw that there were only 4 per store. Went early and found out that tickets were given at 2 in the morning. When I asked an employee about it, he stated that it was a ticket item and that hot buys were always ticket items. I had the ad with me and asked him to show me where it said that, and he could not find it anywhere. This was a total waste of my time as I had to drive an hour to get the nearest Sears store. I do not think I will be shopping in that store anytime soon, and suggest people be aware of their ads.
