I am being charged by TCN for 8,000.00 for class and materials that I never received or taken. The college network got me a personal loan for books and materials but I never used them or took classes. The bank is calling me for payment and have put this 8,000.00 on my credit. TCN has the money and since I will not be attending classes through them the money should go back to the bank or they should give me the money since this was a personal loan.
