Direct TV the worst

I was one of those people who thought that the complaints about direct tv were exaggerated but unfortunately after 2 years I found out they were true. They are shady with tons of hidden costs and commitments. After having for a few months I bought a box from best buy and had it added to my system I was never told that this would add additional time to my contract... Shady.
One of there remotes broke so they sent me another one. I then had to pay additional for a service contract... Never told Shady
When it breaks it takes weeks for them to come fix and this happens often.
Stay away!!!
