No Repair or Refund

About the first of April or the end of March a new recliner we had purchased on Dec. 30 or 28th broke the right arm board and the right arm was loose from the frame. I am handicapped but do not use it hard. It is a Catnapper, float on water recliner. It was made by Jackson Furniture. They will not fix or send a refund, saying they do not sell to the public. I bought it from a net dealer, CSN Stores. They will not refund or repair it. I have written to the Attorney General of NC and he is trying to fix it but not done as yet. Catnapper is saying they wrote or talked to me or something, but they haven't. Telling Att. Gen some lie. I need it fixed.
