I bought a recliner in January. I was not an expensive recliner so I don't expect top of the line quality but this recliner is crap after 2 years.

This recliner has a spring that came loose and punctured the fabric, the tensioner for the recliner is weak and instead of leaning back you are thrown back into the full reclining position (whether you want to or not), and the fabric is fraying and showing excessive wear.

The company's reply, if I may paraphrase, was "TOUGH S*". No more of my money will be spent at Ashley Furniture or on Lane Furniture products.
