Catnapper furniture warranty dept
Not covering warranty

Bought a new $2,000 catnapper living room suit it was damaged the day I took plastic off of it the day it was purchased. I have contacted everyone possible that I could and no one wants to take responsibilty for the warranty. I have been sent a repair man that has came out 4 times and tore another part of it up, they were from a company they hired called fast furniture repair.inc. He couldn;t fix anything. I ask if they could send someone else, but they refused. I have been dealing with the furniture store I bought it from, sticks and stuff in Decatur, Al. He has given me Hell and told me he was not responsible, but he did finally exchange the couch for me. I still have a warranty on the steel framing and they give a 5 yr warranty, but they advertise warranty, to sell them and will not stand behind the warranty. I am going to contact the BBB or an attorney, because that is breach of warranty on merchantility. I demand something be done with this catnapper furniture and their warranty.
