I was specifically told by the management team that i would get my tv box in 2nd half of May. Today its already 31st May and there is no sign of my tv box. I really think i am being cheated and tugged. They are too slow and dont give your tv box. The service and response suck... Plus refund process is at snail pace. Customer care reps dont have idea about anything. Please dont buy this product.
