No Show for Appointment

Was scheduled for 7-9am appointment. No show. Called customer service at 9:15 and was told technician was running late. Called at 11:15 and was told technician would call me back. Called at 12:15 and asked to speak to supervisor. Was told that the time slot was not a "guarantee" and that the schedules were based on demographic area and priority. Read between the lines-my repair was under the warranty agreement and was free, therefore not a priority. Asked to speak to someone above the supervisor. After being on hold for 37 minutes, I was disconnected. Now on hold again!

This is totally unacceptable! I get it if you give a time window between 8-5 (some companies do that) I get it if you are a little late. We are now 6 hours after the original time and no one from dispatch has had the courtesy to even call me! What is Sears going to do to make this right? Pay my lost wages? The repair was free. I think they owe me a year's warranty agreement. Completely unacceptable!
