I purchased a sears warranty in September. On may 30 my dryer stopped working. I called sears repair to schedule an appointment and was told the first available appointment was June 6th. Not ideal but I understood. On the day of June 6th, by 3 pm no one has shown up. I called and was told that the technician was sick. Not once did sears reach out to me to let me know that the appointment was cancelled. I requested to speak to a supervisor. The rep, Xavier, placed me on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected the line. I was livid! I called back. This time I got Lena. I again asked for a supervisor. Lena placed me on hold for 35 minutes before she too disconnects the call. Not once did either of these reps come back to line to reassure me that they were still holding. A third time I called. This time I got Vern. I'm here holdin again for going on 25 minutes! The last time he came back to the line was 13 minutes into the call. I'm so angry and frustrated right now. I feel like i have no recourse! What a waste of money! Sty away from the sears warrantie!!!
