I bought a Line Exact product from Cover Girl for the first time and loved it! Although, once it ran out i went to go buy another one and the sponge tip became dry quite quickly. I thought that maybe i had just bought a faulty one, but then i bought 2 more and the same thing happened to both. It worked great for about 3 to 4 uses then the sponge began to dry up and it didn't work whatsoever. This still happened even though i did not leave the cap off or loose in any way. The way these past 3 i have bought are much different than my initial use with the product. I hope that you are able to attend to this issue and i would appreciate discount coupons you can give me or even my money back for the inconvenience.
