I bought a Smartfixx e-cig, paid $107.00 for it, when i recieved it and did everything i WAS TOLD TO DO... Nothing happened. Batterys did not charge... Nothing worked... E-mailed company... Told me to send everything back, and they would send out new parts... AFTER PAYING SHIPPING AGAIN, and i would have to pay a restocking fee... What is that... I learned a lesson... Never buy something on line with out checking the reputation of the company first... I took the whole thing and threw it in the garbage...
