IMS Vacations
Said we Don't Meet Income

Miscellaneous

I contacted them last week. I spoke to Mark. I have a reservation and booking #. July 2 -5 at Westgate Resort in Myrtle Beach. I was supposed to be contacted Monday with everything. I already have everything it was emailed to me when I made the booking. Today some person named Rosa de la Costa calls me and says we don't meet income requirements - BS - I think they are discriminating against me because I'm disabled.

I bet I make more money that scam artist does. SSD & a Union Pension a spouse who makes over 60k a yr? These people are nothing buy a bunch of con artists. They wouldn't take AmEx for the booking. They wanted MC or Visa. Too bad for them though. My bank refunds 100% and I will wage an all out war against that company to put them out of business. Being disabled sucks, but I got plenty of free time. They should have been more worried about what legal lenghts I will go to when a "business" tries to screw me over. I gave them until midnight tonight to reinstate our reservations or put all of my pre-paid money back. If neither happens I will start going after them tomorrow in every state they do business in, with every Attorney General and make sure they never do this to anyone again.
