Stolen Money

I ordered dog training equipment on the first of this month. I had a recieved a verification of shipment 2 weeks later only to find out that it never shipped. They had given me a false UPS traking number. I contacted the company, via e-mail, and was told that they needed to charge me extra money for shipping, which was never stated or e-mailed to me. I authorized the 10.00 fee and now I'm at the end of the month, and still no order. I did verify that they withdrew funds from my account for the total amount of the order.
