I too have cancelled after less then 6 months. Issues about services, tech. Billing and always put on hold. Forever. Im sent to 3-5 different people every time I call. On hold for 45 min just to get in touch with 1st person! I dont know who or how many people they have trained, but no one has any answers. Called at nite for tech support no one ever answered. I was told they are there 24/7?? I was told I didnt have account after trying to pay them for 3 months. I was told I NEVER was on hold for 45min. When I went to cancel. (By the way they picked up in 1 min.) If you tell them the real story they basically call you a liar!
