Dta box - comcast cable tv

I have been trying to get DTA boxes for digital cable since August. I managed to get someone on their 1800 number on 10/10/10 (maybe its the date to blame) and they took said they would charge me some $ amount to ship 2 DTA boxes. Immediately there after my apartment rental company said - no its to be free & shipped free. So I called up again and after a 35 minute wait got someone else on the line. Explained the situation to her and she was very apologetic - said I didn't have to pay for anything and she would get the boxes shipped to me free of charge. Each of the calls took something like 15-20 minute for the reps to process the orders.
Anyway, its been 3 months and some days and still no boxes.
