Three Attempts for Mod over Three Years

I had an approval for just myself on the mod on 3.20.09. My ex -wife had released title to myself and I sent them proof, they still included her on the mod, then denied the mod, then requested me to start over. Then they included her again and then after one full year they assign me to Barbara Sanchez who never called me or my agent back once. Then she sent me a denial letter stating that I was denied because she could never get in contact with me when my agent and i have made 100"s of phone calls to her and she said it would take her 6 weeks before she could call us back and then she never did and she denied me any assistance.

Then a bank employee told us that they simply do not know how to modify a bankruptcy loan, when my ex wife filed, Not I and she is no longer a part of this, so they tell me to pay off the loan entirely then they will takeher name off the loan? If I could pay it all I would not need a loan mod, I mean these people are insane and lastly they hire entry level recruits that do not know the least thing about underwriting mods on home loans and they wonder why we get upset? I could lose my home that I built with my own two hands because they cant get their act together. Please for the HELP ME!
