Might be a Scam, Want Money Back

They called me on the phone, telling me my computer was about to crash. I believed them paid them $110.00. They went into my computer rearranged it. And now I cannot do what I was I was able to do before. Called them 6 days in a row. Telling them I want them to remove whatever they did to my computer and refund my money. They told me because of their software that I needed to go and spend more money on my computer so that it will work. Thats not fair it worked before just fine now it does not. Called and told them give me my money back, they said not their fault and hung up on me! They told me 7 day money back. I just want my money back!
