Told my computer would crash shortly if i did not get this soft ware and help. I toke out first software and they took hours to hook it made at least 5 or 6 calls i thought after it was a fraud so i contacted credit card and was told not to let them sell me anything else but could not recover my money. Yes a week or so later they called and told me to get another 240.00 program for support i refused this call came in at 5 am in the morning man named jack tech was supposed to contact me and clear my computer every month. Guess what i have never heard from him again. This now over 3 monthes. I should receive a refund but they refused as they said they worked on my computer and i owed them the money. Well they have sense never workede on my computer and now owe me money for not doing there job
