Ripoff it caused my computer to crash

When I purchased the software I installed the four version and it caused my computer to crash. It cost me $180.00 to get my computer back up and running. I called the phone numbers to report this, but got the run around. I still haven't talked to any one except a person telling me I needed to call another number but got no response. I am out the money for the programs and the money for the repairs. I hope something can be done about this for I live on a budget. At least I had a little money to fall back on but it could have been used for something else. I thank you for the time to read my complaint. Thank you.
