I had gone to the store in leesburg around 1400 hrs to buy air freshners, having picked up the items Iwent and stood for my turn to check out at Terminal 5. Having stood for a few minutes for my turn, the sales associate, a lady told me in a very curt manner that the lane is closed. Firstly she had not put the lane closed sign, and then went ahead and checked out another customer after Ileft the lane. Making me feel humilated.
