Just Bad

Every time I go to any Wal-Mart, I leave being disturbed and do not return for 6 months to a year. But then I forget, go back and walk out of the store in shock. I have 10 stories, all bad, none good of being treated terribly and other issues. Once I spent 30 minutes deciding on a food processor. I chose the one that was close to $100.00. I stood in a line for 40 minutes due to assorted issues on the part of Wal-Mart. When it was my turn, the item would not ring-up and I was told I couldn't have the item even though there was a display of about 50 of this same item in the midway. I honestly had no words for a few seconds. Long story short, the cashier couldn't care less, the customer behind me felt he needed to take sides with the poor cashier.? There was no one to ask because I consider looking away a sign to not talk to the person. Once, 5AM in the morning, on the way to work I picked up for my industry's marketing about $200.00 worth of items. Unfortunately, there were no cashiers available and I finally had to go. Today, as I was shopping, two feet away from me were two Wal-Mart associates talking about how another associate that was going to kick a customer’s butt. The employees behaved as if I wasn't there. Truthfully, I was scared and felt like crying. I felt like crying because I had a thought that scared me. I thought about how it would feel to have no choice other than to be exposed to this type of behavior and to have to shop in this store. Then I realized, Thank God that I have the privilege to not have to be there ever again. I would rather go without than be in that store and have to put up with such horrible service, employees and the customers who seem to fit right in.
