Stole my Apple iPhone & 300.00!

Bought a iPhone for 300.00 dollars. After 4 days it had a spot, or bruise in the screen, the i-cons were wobbly, the phone would not work. Took it back, she gave me the sim card, and she kept the phone for repairs. Then she said they don't make them anymore, do you want the money back. I said yes, well let me check first and i'll call you. She never called. So i went back, then she said, we can't give the money back. 9-11-11 i went too the store, she's moving out, the shelves are empty. And she is backed up too the store. I called the provider and they said someone has made a payment to the phone on 9-10-11. How when i have the sim card and she sent the phone for repairs? I want my money back, please.
