iPhone Sent for Repair Lost in Return Envelope

I bought an Apple iPhone in November, and generally loved it until May, when the screen shattered after falling a foot onto a patio.

I set up a repair online using Apple's website and in a few days Apple sent me an envelope containing a dock, I obviously didn't need a dock but they sent a return envelope and it said to return any non-functioning parts, so I put the iPhone in the envelope.

Obvious right?

So, now a week later, I'm still waiting for the return of my fixed iphone, so I call Apple today and they have no record of ever getting the phone and tell me to call DHL, I call DHL, of course they have no record and tell me to call Apple or the US Post Office.

Apple sent me envelope, they said to put broken parts in the envelope, and now they are like, well you can buy a new iphone!

Thanks for nothing Apple!
