Neopost understands that after it involves mailing options, the marketplaceis fairly minimal. Whenever we changed from Pitney Bowes (with whose service-we were completely unimpressed) we believed we were upgrading. Not too. Because the starting, when we rented a shipping device and file/inserter, we have had only issues and complications. It is gotten so poor that people really considered returning to licking stamps. Payment problems, gear problems, bad customer support along with a totally unresponsive management, we can not wait until our lease ends. The only real individual who appears to care a whit about something may be the support Supervisor, who's exceptional. Prevent using the services of this poorly run organization.
