I've a customer grievance against Neopost S.A. (30955 Huntwood Ave., Hayward, CA 94544), a business that rents out postage meter support. Obviously, Neopost decided to give a reimbursement about the remaining weeks of meter service-we wouldn't be getting. Today, Neopost is declining to approach the return and certainly will not be delivering a check.
