Overcharge fees every month horrible maintenance

I feel like I'm being overcharged for rent and every week something in the apartment needs fixing. Been living at the Artisan Apartment homes which is ghetto place to live. Anyways everys we get charged for extra late fees and other charges but when we ask the manager about no explanation of charges. Mind you this has been going on for 3 months. The people in the office are clueless about anything going on in the complex. The maintance folks fix something then the same problrm comes right back.
