I called Vonage Telephone services to cancel my home phone service and transfer to Comcast. I was greeted professionally by a customer service representative, and was told" how sorry he is to hear of me cancelling. "I was then told how I would have to pay $124.00 for cancelling before a year. On television and on the internet site it states "No Annual Contract." Please understand that is the reason I signed my family up with Vonage. We signed up because the expense would be less, therefore helping my family save money. I asked for a manager and was told everyone is at lunch and/or in a meeting, and asked if I wanted to wait until they became available. He could not even be serious, how long must I wait an hour, maybe two, give me a break!

Vonage has misrepresented their advertisment. I need help to get out of this contract without paying fees and having my service delayed in being transferred over. I want this resolved and hope you can help us out. Thanks
