Hol Cow Horrible Customer service

Before you grow, you should take care of what you have already started. I placed my first order October 15, for Christmas, not here yet, so I email you, lovely automated response with no follow up. 4 emails and several dozen phone calls, still no response. THEN, I get an email from UPS with the wrong zipcode. What is up? Now I have spent several hundred dollars not realizing that you don't have good customer service, I have recommended you to several friends, and I still look at your website for deals. Come on!
