Financial Aid Issues

I have been going to school at University of Phoenix Online since October 24th of 2010. I had a lot of issues getting my financial aid started and completed because know one could tell me what went wrong in the first place to cause so many problems. I am still going, I have been doing my part to get things done and it seems as if no one knows how to do their job. I finally got everything completed and my certification done for my financial aid, about 2 months ago, I have yet to see any money, although I have seen bills for a class that I failed because I could not complete it because I needed Microsoft word for my classes and I hadn't received my money yet to buy the software. I finally got the software on my computer, and I am retaking the class that I failed last time because no one can do their job right.

Enrique, my financial advisor, has made many promises to me, has never kept any of them. I know for a fact that the school has received my money but yet I still have not received a dime of my refund money. On top of this I have been told that it is illegal to use my refund money, the money that comes to me after my education costs have been paid for, for my living costs such as rent and my utilities. Also, Bree was supposed to notify the right people that everything was the way that it was supposed to be for me to receive my money and that she would get back to me, no one calls me back, they make false promises, and they all try to cover for each other rather than getting to the root of the problem and doling out the proper punishments for insubordination! I have given the school multiple warnings that I would take legal action upon being promised specific days that my money would come to me and it hasn't. So now I am letting it be known, be careful when deciding to go to the University of Phoenix, it's a big SCAM!
