I have written your company emails, I have called the customer service line (only to be told by an automated response to just write you an email!), and I am completely unsatisfied with the lack of response and with your poor customer service. I want a FULL REFUND for my order, and I want acknowledgment of my order being canceled. I want a response from a HUMAN BEING that the full amount of 31.55 is being refunded to my American Express.
