False Advertising-Failure to Refund

The clinic claimed a positive response with no pain. Lot of pain first time. Noted because they used pain med second time. Still very painful. Response was there but pain was severe. Tried twice and had to suffer for 6 to 8 hours each time. They told me (Scott) i would be getting a full refund and if i came again i would have to pay the visit charge. They kept the 299 dollar visit charge after telling me they would not. Their ad says painless and i went through 10 to 16 hours of agony.
