I am a disabled person... I am in severe pain... I have driven to London Ontario (a 4 hour trip 1 way)... To this pain Clinic... And have received NO TREATMENT on 2 separate occasions... The clinic did not scan my health card on both these visits... They said they already signed me in... When i tried to hand them my card... I have a feeling they are billing OHIP or whom ever when they have done nothing...
