Super Bad Service

I filed my return on 03/21 I recieved a nasty on 04/20 that I owed them 292.00 and it said that my return was used to pay another dept by the IRS. Although I had already called and talked to the IRS and I had no dept and the return was still in process due to home loan of 2008! And the letter said that I would not qualify for fast return next year from any tax service and that they do a cross collect service for each other! I called the Redoak, Tx. Hotline number and left a message telling them that they must not have done their homework or they would know that the return was still in process with the IRS!

The next day someone called me and I began to tell him this again and he had the guts to tell me that I must have stole money somewhere because thats the only reason that they would still have it! I am an outstanding citizen a veteran of the gulf war and I have never cheated on my taxes! If anyone is shady it is this company because when I called the customer help line they refused to give me the corporate number or a contact number for an excutive! I will never do business with this company again and you can kiss this!
