Jackson Hewitt Screwed ME

I had my taxes prepared there on April 15 and noticed when I got home my paperwork says Tax Wise when I called back they told me this was standard. I called jackson Hewitt and they said I was not even in their system. I want every consumer in the area to know that between the months of March 1st 2010 to April 30 your tax return was not filed thorugh Jackson Hewitt's system, but through TaxWise and Jackson Hewitt doesn't even know you exsist. I tried to get a refund, but was unsuccessful!!! Do not use jackson hewitt!!!
