Missing mower

Bought yard man 20" mower 4/18 it failed after i hit a driveway 3/4 rock.
To it back next morning to store #0296 dardanelle, ar. 72834. Said it would be look at by robinette small engine repair.
Robinette said broken rod and it was pickup 6/03. I called on 6/07. To find out where it was. A manager told me it had been trashed and offered me a $ 30.00 gift card. I didn't get a call to authorise the trashing. As i have need for the parts.
Carb and ignition alone are worth $76.00
