Hotel was booked

I boked a hotel through Priceline.com. I put in the location as North Palm Beach, Florida. Since I am financially limited (This was not a pleasure trip) I choose the tab that lists the hotels from lowest to highest order. I saw one that was listed as Super 8 Lantana West Palm Beach. I booked it thinking it was only a few minutes furthur away than I wanted. Then the confermation comes back and the Lantana in the name is actually the city it's in. Not West Palm Beach. I called the holtel directly they didn't even know where North Palm Beach was! I called Customer service at Priceline. I explained the confusion. They said no refunds, exchanges or cancellations without losing the total amount! I just wanted a hotel in the location I requested! I talked to 3 different reps. No satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is nonexistant! I feel they should have at least listed approx. Milage or time difference from where my original search was from. I feel swindled. Now I have over 30 mins more to drive every day. I will never use this service again
