Bank of America
Efinance loan - Refinance Home Loan

Business & Finance

Excellent credit, scores 740 and UP. Home is worth $600,000, and I applied for a refinanced loan for $330,000, which will pay off my credit card debt. Loan came back from underwriting with 3 conditions, which I addressed in writing, but said DTI ratios were too hight 55.8%. They couldn't bend some here considering my home value and credit scores? So I lowered my homeowners insurance premium to lower my ratios. Brought ratios down to 54.95%.instead of giving me loan, they came back and said, they were leaving a $10 balance on the five accounts to be paid off, bringing my ratios back to 55.83%. WHY would they do this!!! They don't want customers with good credit scores and equitity in their homes, why did they take loan in first place, just to waste my time. I will never deal with BOA in the future ever!
