Unrecognized $39.99 recurring debit, support line unreachable

I found a charge on my online banking services for 39.99 recur db crd electronic arts in which I did not authorize.

I phoned the number my bank provided me of 650-628-1500 several times only to get a message stating the offices were closed and there is no one to assist you

I pulled up the website for electronic arts and have called their customer service several days in a row only to have wait times of 20 or more minutes.

Can not reach Club Pogo for assistance either, am very discouraged, please contact me if you can assist me.
