Charged $39.99 after being disabled for months, refund runaround

In November I was disabled from Pogo, on Feb. 28 I was charged 39.99 when I called the number on my transaction they told me they could refund after it cleared my bank, when it did I called back and they told me they no longer do Pogo support and told me to go to EA support.com and log in so I did and nothing on site about refunds
