Son Fired for Looking at Custome

My son is a Native American and fully muscular and good looking. So a customer told Greg, the flapjack guy, to fire him because he caught his wife looking at him. Greg should have seen this for what it is and apologize for the misunderstanding, but instead fires my son? Why because he is a Native American? Should we sue this franchise for racial discrimination? Should we stage an American Indian movement rally & protest and call on a big tv network to handle the negative publicity on national news?
